Step by step of the process
Send us a message with your idea (reference images, logo, hand sketch, digital design, etc.).
We’ll evaluate it and tell you the final price with different material options.
Then, based on the materials and size you choose we’ll start creating the 3D design of your piece.
Once you approve the final design, we’ll begin with production — and in just 3–4 weeks, your new piece will be in your hands.

What is Gold Plated?
The term Gold Plated refers to the process of coating in which multiple layers of gold are applied to the surface of the jewelry. Our Gold Plated pieces are made of stainless steel with a triple layer of 18K gold.
The PVD Plating technique gives our jewelry much greater durability compared to typical gold baths. The process we use is the highest-quality gold plating available today.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is the term used to describe high-quality jewelry that meets the following criteria: The base material is 925 Sterling Silver. The gold used must be at least 12K — we use 18K. The gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick. This is much thicker than typical gold plating, providing greater durability.
Is your gold plating the same as other brands?
PVD Plating offers several advantages over other coating methods, including greater durability, resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and long-term fading. Additionally, this process is more environmentally friendly as it produces less waste and doesn’t use harsh chemicals. We constantly work on improving our processes to ensure they are the most durable on the market.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, payment is always made in 2 installments: 50% to begin with the 3D design, and the remaining 50% once the piece is finished.
