You can return or exchange items that are unworn and in the same condition as when received within 30 days of placing your order.

Shipping costs will apply for orders placed as a guest, from the second exchange and if you choose a refund — unless the error was on our part (wrong size or product).

Once the products are received and inspected, we will refund the amount as soon as possible using the original payment method.

Custom jewelry

Made to order custom jewelry pieces are non-refundable. Once any of our custom pieces go into production, they cannot be cancelled.
