Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 30 DAYS after receipt of your order.

The items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that prevents them from being resold as new. The original packaging & warranty card, and any accessories that were part of the product must also be included.

Once the products are received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the original payment method.

Custom Jewelry & Moissanite

Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Once any of our custom pieces go into production, they cannot be cancelled.

BUY 1 GET 1 FREE Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return part of an order placed under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) promotion, here's what you need to know:

  • The BOGO offer is based on buying one item at full price to receive another item free.
  • If you return only the paid item and keep the free item, the promotion no longer applies.
  • In this case, you will be charged the full price of the item you kept, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you return both items, you’ll receive a full refund as usual.
  • If you return only the free item, you will not receive a refund for that item.
