Your picture will be cropped to fit perfectly into the image area, covered by a protective glass. This pendant makes for the perfect gift, a unique way to express your love!

Production & Delivery +

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production time. Your personalized pendant takes time to craft and test, but when you're wearing it you'll know it was worth the wait.

Our Gold Plated jewelry is coated in Solid 18K Gold over a surgical Stainless Steel core.

To finish your piece, we apply our anti-tarnish coating, which maximizes durability and ensures it never loses its shine.

1THINGZ1 Custom Jewelry pieces are non-refundable because each piece is made to order. Once any of our custom pieces go into production, they cannot be cancelled.

All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Warranty. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects.

Please note: Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. If your piece is lost, stolen, or damaged due to misuse, we can't cover this.
